Ashlea Williams is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Springfield, MO is where she was born, raised and learned to approach her goals with hard work and determination. Ashlea is a balanced blend of preparedness and talent. With that winning combination, Ashlea earned a full scholarship to play basketball at the University of Arkansas where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. During this time, Ashlea served as a co-captain for the women’s basketball team, she was a member of the Southeastern Conference Honor Roll, and was nominated to the All SEC Community Service Team. Through her student-athlete experience and professional life, Ashlea recognized a need and developed a passion for functional movement and injury prevention. In addition to inspiring others to be their best, most fulfilled version of themselves, Ashlea enjoys working out, practicing yoga/meditation, being surrounded by nature, painting, and having quality hang time with friends and family.

Ashleas’ background in physical therapy has given her a keen eye on the training floor. She believes that no one should have to stop doing what they love because of pain or injury. Every member brings a unique personal history to our studio. Ashlea’s expertise of the body, mixed with her sincere will to understand, creates an environment that gives every member an inclusive experience.
